Payment

Payment is normally possible by bank transfer on account, cash, EC card (Maestro) or Visa/Mastercard credit card (+2%).

Special conditions

There is a 30% discount on all massages & therapies for students, IV’ler or if you own a “Kultur-Legi“. The discount can only be granted with proof and is for self payers only.

Cancellation

In the case of missed appointments or appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, I will have to charge you for the reserved time. Therefore I expressly ask our customers to cancel appointments that cannot be attended in time (at least 24 hours in advance). All short-term appointments can no longer be cancelled.

Punctuality/delay

In order to avoid unnecessary waiting times, we arrange individual, fixed treatment appointments. These appointments are reserved exclusively for you. In case of late arrival, we can therefore not extend the treatment time.

Data protection

All treatments are subject to confidentiality by the treating therapist. Customer data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.

Health insurance recognized

We are recognized by health insurance companies listed with EMR, ASCA. For a partial reimbursement of the costs an additional insurance for complementary medicine is usually necessary.
