I found my passion while searching for a balance to my office job and in the confrontation with my roots. I am fulfilling a long-awaited dream: in addition to my job as a commercial employee, I have a second mainstay as a complementary therapist in Ayurveda therapy.

Many people who turn to Ayurveda want to do something good for themselves and thus strengthen their own health. In doing so, we come into contact with a holistic medicine and health theory that is based on the uniqueness of the individual constitution and thus provides completely new approaches to one’s own body and mind. With the Ayurvedic “knowledge of life”, we learn to assess our own needs and stress factors. We learn to understand our body’s signals. In this way, we find the right forms of behavior that strengthen our physical and mental well-being and create a balance to the stress factors of everyday life.
