The pregnancy massage<\/strong> in our clinic in Zurich offers a gentle, revitalising and at the same time beneficial break from stress and everyday stress through touch, warmth and deep relaxation. Depending on your needs, the whole body or just parts of it are massaged with dynamic strokes, stretches, kneading and variable pressure.<\/p>\nThe basis of our pregnancy massage technique is certainly the classical massage, but it is also influenced by Lomi-Lomi<\/strong> grips, energetic massage<\/strong>, foot reflexology<\/strong>, craniosacral therapy<\/strong> and other techniques and every one of our therapeuts has a different set of skills and techniques. This results in an intuitive pregnancy massage, which we adapt according to your physical and mental condition and incorporate various techniques and styles. A pure foot reflex zone massage is also possible.<\/p>\nThe massage can be for pregnant women a wonderful moment of silence, peace and connection with the own body and at the same time it creates space for contact with the baby. To have a feeling for one’s own body and the connection to the child are important support for the forthcoming birth. We work with fine biological oils and pleasant soothing music while massaging. Before and after the treatment we leave you alone in the room, so that you can relax and get dressed in peace. During the massage your whole body is covered, except for the area we massage. Your intimate zone remains covered at all times.<\/p>\n
The pregnancy massage is usually performed on the side and\/or on a high back position. In the beginning of the second trimester,<\/strong> it is sometimes still possible to lie on your stomach with a special pillow, depending on comfort.<\/p>\nAs a rule, we treat from the 12th week of pregnancy onwards<\/strong> and not high-risk pregnancies. Exceptions are possible with prior consent.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
